Perfectly located for polo at Cowdray, events at Goodwood, West Dean, weddings in Midhurst and the surrounding area.

Ancient beams and wonky walls only add to the charm while you relax in the spacious living and dining area.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven and gas hob.
Dualit toaster and kettle, Nespresso machine and Aeroccino Milk Frother.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and basin. There is also a freestanding double ended bath in the upstairs bedroom.
All these have underfloor heating.
Located above my shop Stuff & Co many of the furnishings are available to buy in the shop or one offs from the loft.
We have tried to think of everything from handmade soap (made in Midhurst) to comfy Super Kingsize bed, luxury
Hungarian goose down duvets and pillows to pure linen bedding.
Although there is one bedroom it is possible to make up the sofa bed as either a double (kingsize) or two singles, however please be aware
that the loft is fairly open plan, and although the beds are on different floors there is no door on the bedroom,
and this living arrangement would probably only suit very good friends or those with children (over 12 only please).
If more than two guests please let me know how you would like the spare bed to be made up.
